Mailan Tran, O.D.
Comprehensive Optometrist
Dr. Mailan Tran has an extensive background in the management of eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye syndrome. She is licensed by the California Board of Optometry and brings a wealth of experience to Atlantis Eyecare, providing patients with optometric care second to none.
Dr. Tran can treat or co-manage all types of ocular disease. She enjoys working with her colleagues to ensure her patients regain or maintain the best vision possible whether the issue is vision correction, cataracts or refractive lens surgery.
Dr. Tran began her path to Optometry when she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at the University of California, Irvine. Following this, she travelled to the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree.
Internship was accomplished in a number of locations including the Palo Alto VA Hospital, the Mount Ogden Eye Center and the Illinois Eye Institute.
Dr. Tran joined the team at Atlantis Eyecare following successfully completing all requirements of certification. Anaheim residents can expect to benefit from her wide range of experience and her dedication to the welfare of her patients and her focus on preserving eye health and clear vision.
Dr. Tran is fluent both in English and Vietnamese.
